Using this software to perform PDF related functions is a simple task. Among them, I would like to mention the most interesting ones, such as the OCR functionality, the simplified placement of the signature in a document and the conversion of PDF files to other formats such as Word, Excel and Power Point. To these new functions are added all the standard options, already present in the previous version, and which we have already talked about in our review. It is also possible to export certain information present in the PDF in CSV format. This makes it easy to fill out forms directly from the computer, without having to print the documents, fill them out by hand, and then scan them. In general, all aspects of editing and inserting data within a PDF file have been improved. Therefore, you can move an image or a portion of text from one part of the document to another. Also, the process of moving data within the PDF has been significantly simplified.
It allows to recognize the text present in a PDF, giving the user the possibility of modifying it as it is done with a Word document and completing the different fields in a completely simple and intuitive way. What I consider most important is the recognition of the text.
The latest version of the software has five major new features. For example, by selecting the Add text function, through the sidebar you can select the font, manage its size, color and much more. When you select each of the offered functions, a sidebar with more information opens on the right side. The different functions that the software offers are shown through a practical toolbar located at the top of the screen.
